We work with a wide-variety of people from very different backgrounds. Boot Camp recruits have ranged from 17 to 74 years of age. Our camps are literally designed for anyone and everyone. We have helped people significantly increase fitness levels, reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass, discover a new found motivation for health and fitness, meet new friends and have a whole lot of fun.

- Willing to try new things and work hard and committed to change! Boot Camp will aim to meet you at your level and progress you throughout each of our programmes. If you are determined enough we will help you transform your body to a level you never thought possible. Do not be put off by this, Boot Camp trainers will never get you to do something you do not want to do instead we will provide the support you need to achieve your potential.
